Catering Menus

Hors D’oeuvres

Price starts at $15 per person with minimum of four Hors D'oeuvres


Dates wrapped in Bacon:  filled with Gorgonzola cheese.

Smoked Salmon Canapés:  smoked salmon on pumpernickel with lemon-caper cream cheese.

Tomato & Mozzarella Crostinis:  fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil on toasted baguette rounds.

Olive Tapenade Crostinis:  kalamata olive tapenade on toasted baguette rounds.

 Kobe Beef Wontons:  with caramelized onions and cascabel chilies. Seared with a Cambazola blue cheese aioli.

Stuffed Mushrooms:  filled with Italian sausage, broccoli and Parmesan.

Pesto Chicken Wontons:  Grilled chicken and fresh basil pesto.

 Pecan Encrusted Chicken Tenderloins:  with panko and honey. Hot mustard sauce. 

Shrimp Wrapped in Prosciutto:  lightly smoked roma tomato sauce.

Shrimp Cocktail:  paired with our house cocktail sauce.

Mini Crabcakes:  with a roasted jalapeno sauce.

 Beef Empanadas:  caramelized onions, beef, and red chilies in a flaky pastry dough.

Grilled Vegetable Wontons:  Blue cheese, fresh grilled vegetables and fire roasted red peppers with a sweet sesame dipping sauce.

Fresh Mozzarella & Prosciutto:  fresh grape tomatoes, mozzarella and basil wrapped in prosciutto.

Spicy Fire Roasted Red Pepper Hummus:  on freshly toasted pita bread.



Three Course Dinner
25 person minimum (contact for exceptions). $28 per person


Course 1 - choose one

Baby Arugula:  with a honey-tangerine vinaigrette, shaved manchengo cheese and toasted pine nuts.


Sundried Tomato Caesar:  Romaine hearts, Parmesan, garlic-herb croutons with sundried tomato Caesar dressing.


Baby Spinach:  black olives, red onions, fresh button mushrooms, and feta cheese with a fresh lemon-roasted garlic dressing.


Mixed Baby Field Greens:  with a sesame vinaigrette dressing, Gorgonzola cheese and sweet & spicy walnuts.


Course 2 - choose two

Marinated Grilled Citrus-Garlic Chicken:  with roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and fresh grilled seasonal vegetables.


Rigatoni Pasta:  grilled chicken breast, Italian Sausage, and broccoli   in a light tomato cream sauce.


Grilled Salmon:  Hoisin BBQ glazed, basmati rice with fresh seasonal grilled vegetables


Tender Blackened Pork Loin:  Fresh mango salsa, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and fresh seasonal grilled vegetables.

Homemade 5 Cheese Lasagna:  Our house marinara sauce and fresh, grilled seasonal vegetables.


Smoked Beef Brisket: with our tangy chipotle BBQ sauce, roasted herb and garlic; tiny red potatoes and fresh seasonal grilled vegetables.

Course 3 - choose two

Apple & Ginger Crisp:  paired with vanilla bean ice cream.

Chocolate Bread Pudding

Assorted Brownies:  paired with vanilla bean ice cream.

Mixed Greens: Sweet sesame vinaigrette, gorgonzola, and sweet & spicy chipotle walnuts.

Baby Spinach: Honey-Tangerine vinaigrette, toasted pine nuts, and shaved Manchego cheese.

Garden Salad: Romaine hearts, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, and fresh lemon-basil vinaigrette.

Baby Arugula:  Grilled-golden pineapple vinaigrette, goat cheese, and candied pecans.

Entrees (choose 2)

Roast Loin of Pork: with a brown sugar chipotle glaze

Grilled Citrus & Rosemary Chicken:  marinated in garlic, soy, & citrus juice; then grilled to perfection.

Smoked Beef Brisket:  house smoked tender beef brisket with our own sweet & spicy chipotle BBQ sauce.

Chicken Roulade:  filled with fire roasted red peppers, basil and parmesan. Topped with a white wine tomato sauce.

Grilled Vegetable Lasagna:  homemade pasta filled with zuccini, eggplant, red bell peppers, ricotta, mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, combined with our house marinara.

Chicken or Eggplant parmesan:  freshly breaded and topped with mozzarella cheese and our house marinara.

Veggies (choose 2)

Grilled Vegetables: fresh grilled zuccini, eggplant, and  summer squash.

Spicy Fire Roasted Red Pepper Hummus:  fire roasted red bell peppers, chick peas, lemon garlic and hot chile peppers combined with freshly toasted pita bread.

Roasted Roma Tomatoes:  with garlic and fresh thyme.

Fresh Green Bean Salad:  fresh garlic, basil, extra virgin olive oil, and red wine vinegar.

Starches (choose 2)

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes:  mashed russet potatoes with fresh roasted garlic.

            Mashed Red Potatoes:  with sour cream,  

            butter, and fresh chives.

Potato gratin:  layered russet potatoes combined with fresh herbs, in a garlic-cream reduction, then baked to perfection.

Basmati Rice:  with fresh carrots and peas.

Cous Cous:  with raisins and toasted walnuts.

Roasted Baby Red Potatoes:  with garlic and fresh rosemary.

Desserts

Cookies and Brownies:  Homemade chocolate chip cookies and fudge brownies.

Strawberry Shortcake:  Angel food cake with sweet fresh strawberries and whipped cream.

            Clafoute:  French custard cake with
